2021 Recipient of the Anita’s Hope Scholarship

Anita’s Hope is pleased to award our 2021 Scholarship to Ben Volpe of Canandaigua, NY. Ben graduated in June 2021 from Canandaigua Academy and is now pursuing a career in medicine. This scholarship is awarded in Anita’s memory and hopes that young people will continue to pursue important work in communities of need.

Ben represents our values of positivity, compassion, and dedication to the community. He hopes to become a pediatric endocrinologist to help children like him overcome their own struggles with diabetes. We are so excited to support him on his journey!
